FILED FALSE COPYRIGHT NOTICES
TO TERMINATE MY YOUTUBE ACCOUNT
Here is another video where a false
copyright infringement notice that was never retracted. It depicts Baaba
Maal in a charity non-profit event for
Nelson Mandela (MANDELA DAY).
Re: Link to falsely claimed but never
retracted, re-uploaded video of Baaba Maal
produced in New York, USA, Radio City Music
Hall (2009) and not by Patrick Savey
previously on:

Below is a copyright notice mentioned
previously that was submitted by Patrick Savey and eventually retracted by
Vincent of Zycopolis for falsity.
Accumulation of all these notices prompts YouTube to
declare any user as being a repeat infringer
without any opportunity to address
non-profit "Fair Use" defense in court,
which is authorized pursuant to
17 U.S.C. § 107, United States Code. This goes to show that merely claiming
copyright infringement does not prove that it actually occurred.
And by its retraction, Zycopolis
was fully aware of these claims since July 2011, but failed to proceed in court and address my
non-profit fair use counter-notice
as required under the DMCA copyright law.
RETRACTION OF
WRONGFUL TAKEDOWN
FROM A FALSE COPYRIGHT NOTICE:
Therefore
, neither Patrick Savey nor Zycopolis
have any right to claim that these notices
filed in June 2012 depict new or repeated
incidents of infringement. In relation to
the 62 notices listed here, the link appears
on positions 2,4,9 and 14 minus one
retraction. The false link above that was never retracted
is on positions 12. These 4 notices must be quashed
for being false, leaving 57 copyright notices
which will be addressed later. Since Patrick Savey continues to act in
bad-faith, I have also retracted his
retraction and we'll see what the Federal
Courts have to say about this.
