FALSE COPYRIGHT NOTICES

Below is a false copyright notice that was submitted by Patrick Savey and eventually retracted by Zycopolis. This goes to show that merely claiming infringement does not prove that it actually occurred. By its retraction, Zycopolis was fully aware of these claims since July 2011, but failed to proceed in court and address my fair use counter-notice. Hence, they have no right to claim that these notices filed in June 2012 are new or repeated incidents of infringement. In relation to the 62 notices on Exhibit A, the link appears on positions 4,9 and 14. In addition, there is another false link on positions 12. These 4 false notices must be quashed leaving 58 copyright notices.
